A Journey in Taste provides a wide variety of services and programs targeted to the Senior Dining community.  Paul has created multiple slide presentations as well as a variety of interactive discussions and demonstrations, many of which are presented to senior centers, churches, school and farmer’s markets, in hopes of enhancing community awareness of fresh local foods, and satisfying a need to taste the difference.
