PAUL HIGGINS
Paul Higgins is a 40-year veteran of the Hospitality Industry, working all aspects of providing quality service to a broad range of customers. Mr. Higgins’s career has exposed him to Cruise Line, Hotel, Restaurant and Private Aviation businesses and he has held positions from entry level to President throughout his extensive career. His background in the kitchen has impacted his career success and he continues to work on his skills to educate young and old.
Mr. Higgins holds degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Administration. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator as well as a Senior Certified Executive Chef, a member of the American Culinary Federation, and a former member of the National Research Chefs Association. In 2011 Mr. Higgins received a lifetime Fellowship in The Honorable Order of the Golden Toque.

As a resident of Knox County, Mr. Higgins is an advisor to OSU Extension College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Science and is on the Local Food Council Advisory Committee promoting the farm to table initiative. A regular chef presenter at community events including The Mid-Ohio Food Bank Farmer’s Market, Knox County Health Department mid-week Farmer’s Market, Food for the Hungry annual fundraiser, and the Mount Vernon Farmer’s Market. Mr. Higgins' affiliation with Kenyon College offers opportunities to work with students interested in local food and community involvement. He is a Kenyon Affiliated Scholar.
